In our cross-company programmes, we bring together Young Professionals and emerging leaders from different organisations on a development journey that crosses organisational boundaries. These programmes are developed in collaboration with our partners. Participants embark on a shared journey with peers from other organisations. This exchange leads not only to greater self-insight but also to a fresh perspective on their own organisation. They develop personal leadership, reflect on their position and impact, and strengthen collaboration.

Crossroads

A cross-company programme in collaboration with ErasmusTalent. Crossroads is a cross-company development programme for Young Professionals from different organisations. Over seven months, participants embark on a shared journey to learn, reflect, and grow - with and from one another.

Growing and developing together
Crossroads is a cross-company development programme for Young Professionals from different organisations. Over the course of seven months, participants embark on a shared journey to learn, reflect, and grow — with and from one another.

The programme is the result of close collaboration between ErasmusTalent and PIVOT. ErasmusTalent helps organisations attract and select young talent. PIVOT supports the personal and professional development of young professionals throughout the programme.

Organisations can shape their talent strategy flexibly — by recruiting new talent, enrolling existing young professionals, or both. The cross-company format offers unique value. Participants learn from diverse perspectives, experiences, and organisational cultures — deepening their learning and amplifying impact for both participants and organisations.

The programme includes:

  • Intervision - peer consultation and reflective exchange

  • Workshops on themes such as energy balance, authentic leadership, assertiveness, diversity, and inclusion

  • Experiential sessions including vitality, nutrition, art, breathwork, and boxing

  • 1:1 coaching for personal depth

  • Triangular dialogue between participant, manager, and coach

  • Inspiration expeditions with company visits to discover new perspectives

Information

This programme ensures that insights are translated into daily practice. Young Professionals strengthen their connections with colleagues and feel more rooted in the organisation. A targeted investment in talent development, sustainable employability, and the organisation’s future.
